Low-budget recipes


These are low-budget recipes that will fit anybody’s budget. I always eat these foods whenever I want to lower my blood pressure and prevent diabetes and overweight.
Plain fried rice
Ingredients: Garlic, ginger, cooking oil, chili pepper (optional), soy sauce (optional), salt, and a cup of plain cooked rice.
1.      Heat the oil in the frying pan.
2.      Put the sliced garlic and fry until it becomes light brown in color.
3.      Put the sliced ginger.
4.      Put the cup of cooked rice stirring continuously for 3 minutes.

5.      Salt and season to taste.

Plain cooked rice topped with Shanghai lumpia
Ingredients: 1 cup of Plain cooked rice and Lumpia shanghai, cooking oil.
1.      Heat the oil in the frying pan. 
2.      Put the shanghai lumpia and roll it until light brown in color. 
3.      Put the shanghai lumpia on top of cooked rice.



Plain cooked rice topped with egg
Ingredients: 1 cup plain cooked rice, egg, salt. 
1.      Put oil in the frying pan and heat. 
2.      Cook the egg in oil. 
3.     Sprinkle a few salt over the cooked egg. 
4.     Put the cooked egg on top of cooked rice.
