Low-budget recipes


Rice topped w/ water-fried egg and tomatoes
 Ingredients: 1 cup rice, egg, tomatoes, salt

1. Put 1/2 cup of water in the frying pan and wait to boil.
2. Add the egg to cook and sprinkle little salt on top.
3. Put it on top of the cooked rice and add sliced tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle a little salt on top of the tomatoes.


Plain rice topped w/ boiled sweet peas and tomatoes
Ingredients: 1 cup of plain rice, sweet peas, tomatoes and salt.

1. Put 1/2 cup of water in the pan and boil.
2. Add sweet peas to cook.
3. Put the sweet peas on top of the cooked rice and add sliced tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle a little salt.


       
Plain rice topped w/ boiled egg and tomatoes
Ingredients: 1 cup of plain rice, egg, tomatoes and salt.

1. Put 1 cup of water in a small boiling pan and boil.
2. Add the egg and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Cool the egg in a cup of water.
4. Peel off the outer skin of the egg.
5. Slice the peeled egg and put on top of the cooked rice.
6. Add sliced tomatoes.
7. Sprinkle a little salt on top.


Onion fried rice
Ingredients: 1 cup of plain-cooked rice, 1 spoonful of cooking oil, onion, ginger, soy sauce and salt.

1. Put 1 spoonful of cooking oil in a frying pan and heat.
2. Add sliced white onions and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add a few sliced gingers.
4. Add 1 cup of plain-cooked rice and stir.
5. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
6. Sprinkle a little salt.
7. Stir while cooking for 3 minutes.
